Citroen today announces the C3 Picasso, a supermini-MPV it claims has the innovative magic of the company’s DS masterpiece, the ‘useful and beautiful’ approach of Apple’s iPhone and the unblinking practicality needed to wound the market-leading Vauxhall/Opel Meriva. The spacious, eye-catching MPV goes on UK sale in summer 2009. It’s based on the next-generation C3 supermini, and runs four-cylinder engines turning the front wheels.
Infiniti has teamed up with gilt.com to create two unique Q50 sedans designed by fashion gurus Thom Browne and Zac Posen. These one-of-a-kind sedans will be sold later this year on Gilt, but what are these two sedans all about? The Infiniti Q50 is all new for 2014, and even though the interior of this luxury sedan is not exactly short on style, designers Browne and Posen have lent their expert abilities in creating these unique sedans.
“The Million Dollar Mustang” is not about how much these great cars go for at auctions in today's heady times, but about what made them worth so much in the first place. Nearly five years in the making, the documentary starts out talking about the Ford Mustang in general, how they sold 22,000 of them on the first sales day and then sold a million of them in the first two years and things like that -- the notion that the Mustang was a revolution in American car design and in the American consciousness.
